Non-Returnable Products:

• Shingles: All sales of shingles are final and cannot be returned.

• Wood Products: All sales of wood products, including but not limited to hardwood flooring, trim, and other wood materials, are final and cannot be returned.

• End of Lots & Pallet Deals: Products sold as end-of-lot or pallet deals are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returnable Products:

• LVP Flooring: Customers may return unopened boxes of Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring if the following conditions are met:

  • The boxes are undamaged.

  • The product is still in stock at NC Builders Warehouse.

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Process:

1. To request a return, please contact our customer service team at (336) 453-1347 or visit our showroom in Madison, NC.

2. Bring your original sales receipt as proof of purchase.

3. Upon inspection and approval, eligible returns will be processed, and a refund will be issued.

Additional Information:

• NC Builders Warehouse is not responsible for claims of damage or shortages after you leave the store. Please check your products and bring any issues to our attention before leaving.

• If a return is approved and you paid in cash, but we do not have cash on hand, a check will be issued for the refund.

• NC Builders Warehouse reserves the right to inspect all returned items to ensure they meet the eligibility requirements.

• Refunds will not be issued for damaged or improperly stored products.
